1. Daily Allowance for attendance of Vidhan Sabha and  Committee meetings :

For the days in which a member attend the meetings of Vidhan Sabha/Committees. In Capital or out of State for such meetings member entitle additional daily allowance at the rate of Rs. 595.00 per day before a day and after a day of date of such meetings.

2. Vehicle Allowance :

Members are paid @Rs. 10/- per km for attending meetings of Vidhan Sabha and Committees if he uses vehicle, registered on his own name.

3. Railway Coupon :

Each members is entitled to avail Railway coupons worth to Rs. 2,00,000.00 per financial year.

4. Air Journey :

Every member shall entitle for both side Air Journeys with one person accompanying his subject to condition that fair of such Air Journeys shall be adjustable in his total entitlement of railway coupons i.e., Rs. 2,00,000.00 per financial year.

5. Residence facility :

At a rent of Rs. 3/- per day, members are provided a furnished accommodation in MLA rest house.

6. Provision of Crockery Items in residence provided in MLA rest house :

Lump sum amount of Rs. 6000.00 per tenure is provided to each member for purchase of Kitchen crockery items for the use in residence provided at MLA rest house.

7. Vehicle Loan :

Each member is entitled to avail maximum vehicle loan of Rs. 10.00 lacs from State Bank of India or any other nationalized banks, on which from the total payable interest, initially 4% interest shall be borne by Honble Member while rest interest is payable by State Government as interest subsidy.

8. Home Loan :

Each member is entitled to avail maximum Home loan of Rs. 15.00 lacs from State Bank of India on which from the total payable interest, initially 4% interest shall be borne by Honble Member while rest interest is payable by State Government as interest subsidy.

9. Family Pension :

There shall be paid a pension of rupees 8000.00 per month to the spouse if any of dependent of a member/ex-member for a period of ten years from the date of his death.

10.Journey in Private Buses of State

 

Each Member is entitled to free bus journey with one person accompanying in Private Buses of State.

 

Details of Pension, Allowances and facilities provided to  Ex-members of Chhattisgarh legislative Assembly

 Pension

Each Ex-Members is entitled for Rs. 16,000.00 per month, for his first tenure of membership, while additional pension of Rs. 200.00 per months is payable for per completed membership of one year.

Medical Allowance :

        Rupees 2500.00  per month.

Railways Coupons :

Ex-member is entitled to Railway coupons worth to Rs. 1,00,000.00 per financial year for travel in & out side of state.

Air Travel :-

Every ex-member shall entitle for both side  Air Journeys with one person accompanying his subject to condition that fair of such Air Journeys shall be adjustable in his total entitlement of railway coupons i.e. Rs. 1,00,000.00 per financial year.

Family Pension :
